Position Overview:
We’re looking for a driven Logistics Specialist to join our team. You will help convert leads into customers, secure trucks, negotiate rates with carriers, and ensure smooth, timely freight movement. If you’re results-driven and enjoy earning based on performance, this could be the right fit for you. Base pay starts at $48,000 annually, plus commission (with no earning limits!).
Key Responsibilities:

Build relationships with customers and carriers to move freight efficiently (30 calls per day).

Negotiate rates with carriers while balancing service and cost.

Manage freight from quoting to delivery, ensuring everything runs smoothly.

Use logistics software to track shipments and update clients.

Work with the team to solve logistical challenges and keep customers satisfied.

Stay informed on industry trends to make the best decisions.
Qualifications:

1+ years of experience in logistics or freight brokerage (preferred but not required).

Honesty and focus in a fast-paced environment.

Openness to constructive feedback and learning.

Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.

Good communication and problem-solving abilities.

Knowledge of industry regulations is a plus.
