Position Overview:
We are looking for an Operations Specialist to manage logistics processes from order placement to delivery. You will provide excellent customer service while handling shipment coordination and maintaining relationships with clients and carriers.
Key Responsibilities:

Serve as the main contact for customers, shippers, and receivers, addressing inquiries and resolving issues.

Coordinate the entire shipment process from order entry to delivery confirmation.

Communicate with carriers, shippers, and receivers to ensure smooth and accurate information flow.

Negotiate competitive freight rates while maintaining strong carrier relationships.

Maintain accurate records in our transportation management system (TMS).

Troubleshoot and resolve operational issues quickly and efficiently.

Provide top-tier customer service and foster strong client relationships.

Collaborate with sales reps and team members to improve processes and efficiency.

Work side by side with Logistic specialists and the operations team.
Qualifications:

Strong team player with a focus on transparency and communication.

Experience in freight brokerage, logistics, or a related field is preferred.

Excellent customer service skills with a problem-solving mindset.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Proficiency with transportation management systems (TMS) and other relevant software.

Strong negotiation skills and the ability to build relationships with carriers and customers.

Self-motivated and able to work both independently and as part of a team.

High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or certification in logistics is a plus.
